Large double room at Victoria Residence

I have a large double room coming available at Victoria Residence in the Crown Street Development. My current flatmate is leaving and I’d like to stay here as I love the building and rentals are quite hard to come by

It’s a large double room with separate private bathroom and shared living area. I’m a working professional working a variety of shifts so not often home on work days. Looking for someone who I can get along with too.

I like to live in a clean and tidy place however I’m not OCD and I’m a pretty laid back person. Someone similar would be ideal.

The room is available from 1st December 2023 and is £900 per month plus bills which are currently around £200per month.

The building has great amenities including 2 rooftop terraces, a gym and pool on the 44th floor overlooking the city as well as nice communal spaces and laundry and dry cleaning services.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk from
Deansgate and 10 minutes from
The city centre.
