Hello Student Room - Manchester

Due to myself moving into a new apartment with my friends, my room has become available from August 2024 - July/Aug 2025 at the Hello Student's Victoria Point in Manchester.

Its situated close to the hospital and University of Manchester. Just off the A34. There are plenty of shops nearby.

The room is one of the Basic Double rooms and is quite spacious. It is on the first floor. It comes with a double bed and a wardrobe/drawers and a desk. There are shared Bathroom and Kitchen with two other rooms in the block.

The price is very reasonable. I have lived here for the past 2 years of my university studies and have found it to be some of the best days of my life.

The price is £160 per week, which can be paid in blocks when you get Student Finance and you do have option to extend your stay for the following year. Utilities are included in the price and Hello Student have great security and a reception area for parcels/student information and events that they put on. There is a small gym on site and some shared spaces for socialising.

Hello Student always provide a fresh mattress each year, so you will get this new.
