Large double inc bills

Hi guys, we are a looking for a housemate to share our beautiful home with :).

Our large modern house is situated in between Bitterne and Woolston on a quiet residential road with plenty of street parking, close to local shops and public transport.
The vacant room is spacious with lots of natural light, newly renovated with a contemporary feel. The house has a large south facing garden and patio area... so we do enjoy many BBQs and glasses vino in the summer evenings! Apart from a vino, other hobbies include music, travelling, camping and keeping fit :).

As a relaxed clean household, we hope to find a mature contentious professional who is respectful of others but most of all, clean & tidy. If you think you would be a good fit please get in touch..
