Room to rent with ensuite shower and sink

I am currently renting this flat and looking for a female to share the space with me. The flat is small living area with a couch and dining table . We pay 1100 rent , without electricity bills water or wifi. In total between 700-750 for both of us. As a conservative Muslim, I prefer a smoke-free environment, no couples, and no hosting of male colleagues . I lead a lively work life and cherish a peaceful sanctuary to unwind after busy days. My current flatmate has relocated for work, and I am hopeful to find a respectful, clean, and lovely girl to share my home with for a mutually enjoyable year together.
