Double room

Spacious double room in Totton with good network links to the forest, southampton and motorways. There’s load of local amenities,
asda is 5 min walk, Poundland / Greg’s/ costa etc 3-4 minute walk, anytime fitness approx 6 minutes.

The lounge and kitchen will be shared. There’s a main bathroom which will predomaaintly be used by the person who has the room, however, it will also need to be used by visitors. There is road parking available nearby.

_A bit about me _

I live at the property with my puppy (6 1/2 month old dachshund) I work two jobs (paramedic and lecturer) on top of studying two masters degrees.

When I am at home I like to either get on with studying, chilling on the sofa, going to the gym or enjoying a glass of G&T or wine!

I’m not a party person and I like to keep the place as clean as possible! Looking for a professional lodger who is respectful, clean and likes a laugh!
