Apsley marina share w parking all bills inc

I have a room available in a lovely flat with parking in Apsley Marina with all bills included.

I am a 34 year old female and would be the only other person living in the flat. You’d be sharing the bathroom, living room and kitchen with me.

The room is a small double. A chest of drawers and double bed will fit in the room, and then you’d have a large cupboard with hanging rail and storage shelves to use as well - it’s just outside of the room in the hallway. The bed in the photo is a single bed, but a double can be provided and a chest of drawers will also fit with a double bed.

I work from home two days a week and commute the other days. The station is just a few minutes walk. I also have a great gym just down the road.

I’m looking for a professional flatmate. It would be fab if you’re into board games and hiking too, but it’s not a requirement!
