Parking - if you have a car, you can get a permit from the council for £100 per year. Visitor permits for family and friends are also available.
1 minute walk to the town centre, 5-7 mins walk to Sevenoaks train station.
Looking for a professional - employed (full time) housemate. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Double room will be ready 1st July, references required and preferably a DBS check.
