Double Room in ground floor apartment with gym

I have a room to rent in a cozy suburb in the east end of glasgow.

We have great train access, as the house is right next to the station. Buses to the city centre are also available, and the M74 Motorway is close by if you drive.

Front and back gardens are both present, the front garden even has a vehicle gate, although it's not really suitable for use as a driveway yet. There is street parking outside the house. The back garden is overgrown but its all yours if you want to put in some work and make it look nice

My last flatmate stayed here for eight years, so longterm stability is definitely a possibility.

Although i do theoretically have a livingroom, I have converted it mostly into a gym. There is still a couch, but it's primarily a space for exercise, and yours to use too! The gym has a broad cleared area for exercise and VR gaming, a power rack, olympic barbell, plenty of weights, and lots of acessories like resistance bands.

The bedroom for rent is 9.715 square metres, or 104.57 square feet, with a single south facing window, fully furnished

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit messy, but still fully useable, and will be renovated soon. I know that in general, a lot of my house is in need of renovation and repainting, i will be doing this over the coming year.

I have ultrafast starlink internet, and will cover all the bills

I love reading, videoga, es cooking, spicy food, and weightlifting and VR. Living with a flatmate, we'll be seeing a lot of each other, so personality compatibility is important! The house is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment. One room is mine, one is currently used for storage, one will be yours, and the last is still being cleared out, it belonged to my previous flatmate.
