Double room next to Alexandra Park

Hi!

I've recently moved into this property, and I am looking for a flatmate to share it with.

The room has an in-built wardrobe, is fully furnished, and you can fit a desk in, if you want. There is a third bedroom which I use as an office, and you can use it too while I am not working from home. The flat is next to Alexandra Park, and has a front and back garden. The living room is spacious and cosy. The kitchen has everything you need, from oven and stove, to a fridge and freezer, kettle, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. We will be sharing the bathroom, but it is unlikely that our schedules will overlap (as my working hours are 7am - 3pm).

Council Tax, water, and broadband are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not, and expected to vary from £50 to £100 per month per person (depending on the season). Broadband speed is suitable for study/ working from home. Also, the flat is well-connected to the city, 30/40 min walk to the city centre (or 15 mins by bus).

A little bit about me... I am a young professional, working as a Commercial Analyst for C&C Group/ Tennent's. I graduated last year and am currently doing a part-time master's degree in Data, Economics, and Policy Design. I am very passionate about what I do, so I am always happy to have a conversation about anything that involves data, research, or tech. I like to meet new people and learn new things, so I have lots of stories to share. Because I am an early to rise, early to bed type of person, I expect you to be considerate and respectful of my schedule, as I will be of yours.
