Short Term Let in G42

Hi! I'm someone looking to make use of a room to let for a few months. I have a long successful history of using this room on airbnb, and it has hopefully been pleasant for all those that stayed here.

I work in the city-centre on a varied pattern during the week. The flat is a very handy location for either the train station at Queens Park, or the bus on Victoria Road - or justing using the cycle lane into town.

I live quite a peaceful life in the flat with two cats - very sociable and friendly cats. They would say hi to you if you wanted, but then would always stay out the room if you just shut the door.

There is a large enough kitchen to sit in and cook. I have a daughter that stays with me occasionally, and the other living areas than the kitchen are very much a reflection of a reasonably private space.
