Double Room in two bed flat in Pollokshields

Hi there. I have a double room available in a two bed flat in Pollokshields. I am a live in landlord who works shifts, including nights and weekends, so am looking for someone who can be respectful of this.

I would describe myself as being easy going, enjoying a night out as much as a night in. I don’t have any pets myself but often my friends or family are over with their dog so looking for someone who is comfortable around animals.

The flat is in a quiet location but only 15 minutes walk onto Pollokshaws road where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The closest train station is Pollokshields East which is a five minute walk and one stop into central station. There’s also Shields Road subway station a 10 minute walk so easy access into the west end and parking with the flat.

Council Band D however all bills included in rent. The room is available now but there may be a possibility it is only available until the end of September due to a friend moving up. Significant notice will be given if that’s the case
