Ensuite bedroom to let

I have a bedroom that will be available soon for letting, (no living room, as I live there, there are two resident cats hope you don't have cat allergies). There are two bathrooms but the ensuite shower (in your room) needs to be shared with myself. It will be available from June onwards. Aldi is across the road from the flat, Rutherglen station is 10 min walk, 30 min walk to Queens Park and Victoria Road. Bus stop is a 2 min walk and direct links to city centre of Glasgow. I would like a clean and tidy person who would respect the space and treat it like their own. Someone who has the same interests as me and loves cats is a bonus.
