Double Room - Quiet cul de sac location- driveway

I have a double room for rent in my 2 bed semi, with access to shared bathroom, living room & kitchen with dishwasher, other benefits include additional d/s cloakroom, utility room with washer and dryer, large rear garden, and driveway parking. The room is available either un-furnished, part furnished(2 x drawer sets) or fully furnished( drawers and small double bed). All bills are included- council tax/utilities and broadband.
I work Mon -Fri office hours, and I am generally home most evenings. I do have a dog, who is especially friendly so a pet friendly person is a must. Would expect the housemate to contribute to cleaning of the shared areas on a weekly basis, kitchen and bathroom after each use. Non smoker preferred- smoking of any kind not permitted within the house.
