Double room with private bathroom near the uni

Lovely double room in a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom flat in Ormskirk a 5 minute walk to Edge Hill Uni and 5 minute walk into Ormskirk town centre. Located just off leafy Ruff Lane, this is a great room for a student or young professional. You will have your own private bathroom (although it's not an en-suite you will have it all to yourself as I will use the en-suite in my room!).

The flat has a juliet balcony, parking space and communal gardens which are shared with the rest of the building.

The room will come fully furnished with built in wardrobe, bed, bedding, television, chest of drawers and storage chest. It will look slightly different to the images because these are the images from the estate agent (I have just bought the flat and moving in this week), but it will be similar and the wardrobe will be the same.

I will be your flatmate and I am 24, graduated from Edge Hill last year. My hobbies include footy (LFC), going out, comedy gigs, exercise and travelling. I'm looking for someone similar to me so we can socialise as and when we want to and not be refined to our rooms! I'm looking for someone to treat it very much like their flat too and feel comfortable to sit and watch tv etc in the living room (there will be a 77 inch projector screen in the front room).

I moved in on Friday 17th May and plan to get it how I want it, so will be looking for someone to move in from 1st June.

Minimum tenancy 1 month and rent will be £600 per month (or £138 per week) and that will include all bills and council tax.
