Double Room And House

Hi guys, I am moving back to Italy at the end of this month and I am looking for someone interested to take(rent) the house after me. The rooms are already all rented apart mine thich it means you have only to pay the deposit for the room and sign the tenancy contract with the agency. The price I put on the ad is around what you are going to pay monthly with the expencies. The price of the room it self is actually 250 a month, the rest are expencies ( I have rounded up the total to give you an idea). If you are interested you will also need to open a new account for the internet, British gas and the Harringey counsil. The guys living in are all quite, clean and very nice people (I am really going to miss them). The pictue you see are of the property and the room. The room is messy in the picture because I am packing up everything, If you are interested call me straighta away so we can arrange a viewing, I'll be available at any time and happy to answer any question you may have.
