Room to rent Brixton hill

1 of our housemates is moving out of our 4 bed Victorian terrace so we are looking to fill 1 room. Move in date 9/10th June.

The house has a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen that opens onto a small garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet inside and one toilet outside in the garden. There is on street parking out of the front of the property that can be purchased at an additional fee (£90 per 6 months).

The house is a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to Brixton tube station.

836£ per month. Garden view, double bed with storage underneath, large wardrobe and shower (currently used a storage). Very Limited space for a desk.

You will be living with two sociable 30 year old females who work in tech and healthcare, and one architect male. We are a warm and friendly house but not a party house. We like to cook the occasional meal together, go for the occasional drink and watch Netflix together.

We are looking for people age 28-35 who are friendly, sociable and who want to contribute to the upkeep and tidiness of the home.
We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks included in the price of the room.
