The flat:
Renting out the spare bedroom in my 2 bed, 1 bathroom flat, for single person occupancy (**Mon-Friday only**). The bedroom is a furnished double room, with a wardrobe and under bed storage. Rental price includes full use of kitchen and other amenities such as Apple TV, and washing machine. There is also space for occasional home-working if required. Rental price is inclusive of all utilities. The room is available from July onwards, on a rolling basis but starting with a trial period first to check we get on

Area:
The flat is located in Finsbury Park - the park is minutes away, Finsbury Park tube (Piccadilly and Victoria line, ThamesLink and national rail) is a 10 minute walk, and Manor House (Piccadilly line) is less than 5 mins away. Lots of local amenities, pubs, green spaces, cafes etc nearby

About me:
I’m a 26 year old female from Lincolnshire originally but been in London for 5 years. I’m currently training to be a clinical psychologist. I like keeping active so often out running or at the gym, and spending time with mates. However my work keeps me busy, so I also don’t mind a chilled evening in the flat, so it would be nice to have someone on a similar wavelength.

About you:
Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and chilled to stay in this room during the week. I’m a v tidy person so looking for someone who will respect this and help me to keep the flat in a decent state
