We're looking ideally for someone over 25 years to replace our beloved housemates who have been here for a quite long time.
ABOUT THE ROOM
A cosy double room on the second floor of the house, looking at the back garden. It’s very quiet and It features a massive window, so plenty of sunlight during day time.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house has a living room, a big kitchen (our favourite meeting place) and a massive garden in the back (ideal for summer BBQs).
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with toilet and one with bathtub/shower and toilet on the second floor.
Location wise, the house it's a stone throw from London Fields, few steps away from the fun Cafés and bars of Dalston, and less than 5’ away from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations.
THE FLATMATES
We are 3 flatmates, two girls and a boy, working in the creative and finance industries. We like eating and hanging out together and call our house our home. We love watching movies together, going to art exhibitions, gigs and sharing everyday adventures.
We are far from OCD but looking for a clean and considerate person.
CONDITIONS and MOVE IN DATES
We’re looking to fill the room asap!
We’re asking for a one-month rent as deposit to secure the room.
Monthly rent to be paid on first day of each month comes for £620 + bills
Bills may vary but usually come for around £100/m with also a weekly cleaner service included.

Due to the situation, will be doing viewings via Skype/zoom first.
