Lovely spacious Herne Hill sublet

Hiya, we’re looking for a subletter from 1st June to 1st July for our calm + friendly female flat. It may be possible to stay longer too if it suits everyone. You’ll be living with myself (Rhea), Katelyn + another subletter Liv. We’re an Aussie + British mix in our mid-20s to 30’s, we’re chatty when we cross paths, and from time to time we’ll share dinner (mainly veggie/vegan) + have a film night. We work in eco retail through to support work, our interests include knitting, plants, photography, music, eating food + exploring/walking around London.

Izzy’s room is large and gets beautiful light in the late afternoon. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. £639 includes all bills :)

Our shared areas are a spacious kitchen with a gas hob, washing machine + dishwasher. A large bright bathroom with a bathtub, a w. c., storage closet. There’s also a separate w. c. Finally, there’s a small box room with a futon sofa bed that works as a small living room/guest room.

We value a good level of cleanliness but don’t have any formal cleaning rota - we’re looking for someone who will be respectful + proactively chip in to keep the place tidy.

We are a two-minute walk from Herne Hill train station, with 10/15min connections to central London, and a 20-minute walk to Brixton station on the Victoria line. We’re also a hop, skip + jump from Brockwell Park, perfect for sunny weather!

Lots of cute indie shops, delis + your usual supermarkets seconds away, and the market on Sundays is really sweet too!
