Our housemate is moving abroad so we’re looking for a friendly and sociable person to move into our three-bed house. The available room is the first one in the video. Move in date can be flexible between June - July.

Transport 🚝
Perfect for commuting into London with 10-15 mins walk to Jubilee, Thameslink and Overground stations and a short bus ride from the Northern and Metropolitan lines!

The house 🏡
Maisonette on the top two floors comprised of three decent sized-bedrooms, two with en-suites and a separate bathroom. Shared large living, dining and kitchen area. The house is fully furnished with quite modern fittings.
Bills are expected to be ~£120 per month, depending on energy usage, these would be split equally using Splitwise.

The area 📍
Between West Hampstead and Kilburn, just a short walk from both high streets with cute brunch places, pubs / bars and can walk to Hampstead Heath in around 25 mins.

The street is quite residential and peaceful with a mix of younger people and families, so perhaps not the best place if you want to throw crazy house parties, though we’ve hosted a dinner parties and had no complaints.

Debs is a working professional and works hybrid from home and in the office, the available room has space for a desk if you also wanted to work from home. Good internet sorted which manages video calls for the three people.

Ros is a doggy-day care manager and works out of the house every day - we often have cute dogs staying with us!

Ros and I met on Spareroom a year ago - we each have our own lives but we enjoy watching tv together and going to the pub every now and then. We love a clean house - we have a weekly cleaning rota for the communal areas.
