Very large double bedroom with private balcony

I’m very sadly looking for someone to move in to my light and airy double bedroom with private balcony. Me and boyfriend now have a baby on the way so means we need to find our own place. This, however, has been the best shared house I have lived in so far!

The room is an amazing size with room. It has room for a double bed and sofa if wanted (it did when I first moved in). It has 2 built in cupboards with clothing rail installed in both. Windows running along one of the walls which brings loads of light in!

The balcony is fully covered so could potentially be used for a workshop. I definitely haven’t made full use of this space. Also.... large canvas with man on (see in picture) can come with the room. My partner was going to use it to do a piece of work on but never had a chance.

The room is located on the first floor with a downstairs toilet and kitchen. The second floor has the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom and communal area.

The flat has a great quirky feel to it mainly due to the landlord being really chilled about what we do with the flat.

You will be living with 3 other housemates Femi, Cormac and Tokio. Everyone works in a range of professions music, fashion, podcasts. We are a chilled, creative household that are busy with our own professions but try and find time to have dinner and a drink when possible.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and 15 to NXG. It’s also a short bus ride to Elephant and Castle.
Happy to consider couples but the rent will be £800 due to more people sharing communal areas.
