No lies there. The shared living area is very spacious, with a superb kitchen and all its appliances. There's a washing machine, and a tonne of storage space.

The building has its small gym (just the essentials), but a Pure Gym opened next door a few months ago.

I'm Jovan, am writing this one myself, and I:

- am easy going, and can always find a good compromise
- would be down for an occasional croissant or a local burger spot (the plimsoll - check it out 🤤)
- mostly work from home, as a data engineer
- am considering organising low-key poker nights on a spotty Thursday
- find cooking therapeutic and a solid way to bond with a flatmate 🥘

The area is.. well, Seven Sisters. 😅
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is up the road, there's a couple cool food spots, and many bossmen off licenses, as well as a Tesco Superstore and a Sainsbury's.
There's a nice park and the Walthamstow Wetlands a short walk away.

On the plus side, ways of getting out of Seven Sisters are ace!
