Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my lovely flat to move in with a friend. I’ll be moving out on 23rd June but can be flexible with the move in date!
The remaining flatmates are Becca and Avanti (both working in the TV and film industry) who are really great and easy to get along with! Both friendly and like to be social but also are respectful of your own space.
Details:
- £660 rent per month (paid on the 10th)
- Bills come to roughly £90 - £100 (including water, energy, wifi, and council tax)
- £692 deposit
- Whole flat is furnished (everything except for the bedside table will stay)
- 10 minute walk to Southfields station (district line) and the 39 and 493 buses stopping very close by
- Tenancy agreement ends in September but can be renewed/extended
