We have a double bedroom available (en-suite), situated in a brilliant professional house share in Abington, close to the city centre, in a lovely quiet location with on road parking and only a three minute walk to the Wellingborough Road. The room is all inclusive of bills.

The location is fantastic, the property is mid-terrace and is in walking distance to the city centre, close to junction 15 of the M1, close to Northampton Train Station and all major bus routes. The Wellingborough Road is only a three minute walk away where there are a number of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops for your convenience and enjoyment.

The rooms and house are furnished to a good standard throughout. Each room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

The house is also equipped with ‘Super-Fast’ Fibre Optic Broadband and we provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal areas – all included in the price.

The kitchen has all the mod cons including a 6 ring stainless steel gas cooker, two fridge/freezers, microwave and you are allocated your own cupboard space for storage.

Outside we have a low maintenance patio area where you can relax and maybe even enjoy a drink after a stressful day at work!

The communal areas will be cleaned regularly at no extra cost. All bills, water, gas, electricity and broadband are included in the rent and there are no hidden costs. The monthly rental figure is all you pay.
