Attic bedroom within a spacious upstairs flat, set across two floor. Shared living room & upstairs snug. Two bathrooms.

We are 3 chill, easy going, sociable girls in their mid twenties.

We all work full time, one climate researcher who works from home. One mental health professional and one civil servant who both work shifts including nights.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a chat and doesn’t mind our occasional visiting cat.
We enjoy a walk in the peaks, an occasional pint and tending to our plant children.

Any professional (including working from home) but no students.
We’re looking for someone who would be respectful and tidy.

We have contact with the flat below (4 young professionals) and we occasionally meet up for a pub quiz.
There is a drive which is shared between both flats but there is also on street parking.
