Double room in Claygate with bills included

Hello! I’m looking for someone to share my flat with me.

The room is semi-furnished (bed only) with a large built in storage cupboard.

I have quite a busy job and my hobbies keep me out of the house but I enjoy sitting down with a beer or glass of wine in the evening. I'm looking for someone who does not work from home.

The flat is located in a quiet cul de sac in Claygate, it’s a 2 minute walk from the common so if you’re outdoorsy or enjoy exercise it’s perfect. I'm advertising the master bedroom which is at the end of the corridor offering additional privacy.

All the space is shared except the bedrooms, this includes two large storage cupboards in the hallway. There is a grassy area at the side of the flat which is shared by everyone in the block and undercover bike storage is also shared.
There is private off street parking and it’s a 20 minute walk to Claygate Station or the bus stop (or a 5 minute cycle).
