Quiet cul-de-sac location bordered by a small woodland, with good size wrap-around garden & plenty of parking. Garage with plenty of storage space if needed. 10 minutes walk to Leatherhead train station & 5 minutes from nice walks in fields.

You would have a shared use of main bathroom (shower & bath) but priority access as other occupants have private toilets, and also shared use of living room and kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine & shared use of fridge/freezer. We also have a chest freezer in the garage. Room is unfurnished.

Rent is about to be reviewed by landlord but we don't anticipate more than ~£30 increase.
