The flat is in walking distance to both Wallington station and Hackbridge station (45mins to Victoria Station inc walk to station) and there’s a bus stop close to the flat, direct to croydon and Sutton. The walk to Hackbridge station goes through Beddington Park, very idyllic with large open grassland and little streams. There’s also a lovely pub on the edge which is great for sunny Sundays☀️

There is also a covered private parking space for you if required, within the gated area, as well as plenty of street parking.

The flats have a gated entrance with security codes to get in and out so it feels very safe and enclosed. There's also a sunny communal garden within the fenced off area, away from the road, great for reading a book outside.

You would have a double modern room which has plenty of storage: an ottoman bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and large desk with desk drawers and shelving.

The living room has a corner sofa and smart TV ready for watching films and TV, as well as a 6 person dining table and chairs✨

There’s a washer dryer in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Kettle and toastie maker, fridge and freezer. All kitchen utensils are included (plates, glasses, pans etc).

The bathroom has a bath with a shower above.

The flat is very close to Wallington town centre, where there’s a Lidl and Sainsbury’s as well as a variety of shops, library and occasional market. We’re also walking distance to Carshalton which has quaint shops and a lovely pond, great for walks.

You’ll be living with me (Ailsa), I’m 24 years old. I’ll be working remotely 2 days of the week. I love a chilled evenings making food and chilling in front of a film as well as going out meeting friends in the evenings or weekends exploring the area.
