Friendly house near metro with cute dog

We are looking for 1 new housemate to share with us after our last two moved away.

The room still available is a smaller room with a double loft bed in it. There is also a large kitchen/diner with an electric piano, a bathroom, a utility, and a lounge where we often watch films on the projector. You can also use the boarded-out loft space to store things. There is a small yard with a shed for bikes in it, and on-street parking is easy next to the house.

All bills (water, electricity, council tax, fibre broadband) are included. The only thing not included is a TV licence, as we found we didn't need one. There is no gas as we have an air-source heat pump and a renewable energy supplier.

We are 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station, which is 2 stops from the nearest beach and only takes 22mins directly to Monument if you work in town. Our house is great for anyone who likes city and country living, as there are big fields just behind the house and country walks that are easy to get to and where we often walk the dog.

I have always lived in shared houses and am passionate about environmental causes. I am all about adventure and often go climbing, surfing, roller skating etc. I have a dog (pictured) who is super friendly and is a big part of our household. There is currently one other housemate living with me who is a chill guy and now my dogs best friend. An ideal housemate would be someone who is happy to socialise at times, watch films or share meals on occasion. Give us a call if that sounds like you.
