The house has a nice atmosphere and is furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. In each of the bedrooms we have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.
There is nice modern kitchen, with all appliances, and a lovely lounge with a 2 leather sofa’s a television and virgin media Wi-Fi throughout. Each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets. There is also a nice bright conservatory with dining room table and chairs.
The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, all the doors are fire doors for added safety.
We have a cleaner who visits regularly to clean communal areas and a gardener to cut lawns during the summer months. The following bills are included: Council Tax (band D) Water Rates, Virgin Media Wi-Fi, TV licence.
The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or less than a brisk 25-minute walk, but also is great for access to Solihull Hospital, The NEC, Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award-winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do.
