The house is in a very convenient Solihull location on Lode Lane, opposite JLR

The house has a nice atmosphere and is furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. In each of the bedrooms we have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.

There is nice modern kitchen, with all appliances, and a lovely lounge with a 2 leather sofa’s a television and virgin media Wi-Fi throughout. Each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets. There is also a nice bright conservatory with dining room table and chairs.

The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, all the doors are fire doors for added safety.

We have a cleaner who visits regularly to clean communal areas and a gardener to cut lawns during the summer months. The following bills are included: Council Tax (band D) Water Rates, Virgin Media Wi-Fi, TV licence.

The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or less than a brisk 25-minute walk, but also is great for access to Solihull Hospital, The NEC, Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award-winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has twice been awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!!

The Landlord and Property Manager are Accredited members of the Residential Landlords Association and work closely with the Authorities to ensure properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security. We have hand sanitizer dispensers fitted in communal areas as we care very much about the welfare of our tenants
