Double Room in charming, Chapel Town House

Hi 👋 we are looking for a fourth housemate to renew the tenancy for this lovely, charming house in Chapel Town for 1st July. There's 1 spacious first floor room available.

There are 3 floors and a basement with plenty of bike space. It has two living spaces (a dining room and living room) plus a kitchen. There are two rooms on the first floor plus the spare room, which is used for WFH space and for guests, there's also the bathroom. The 2nd floor has two attic rooms. There's a lovely, little garden out the back.

It's £300 per month, bills on top of that. It's a bit shabby hence the price but cosy, there's lots of space and it's conveniently located (15 min walk away from shops in Chapel Allerton and 10 min bus ride into city center on 7/7A/7S).

I'm Honor (she/ they), I'm a 25 y/o working in community arts. I've been living in this house for two years. I enjoy creating, yoga and going to arts and drag events.

I’m Emily (she/her), I’m 24 and work in a pottery painting studio. I’ve lived here for a year. I’m also an illustrator and enjoy live music, painting, yorkshire tea and every now and then a good boogie!

My name’s Toni! I moved after graduating Uni studying Sound Design last year! I love cooking, making music, big walks and just being a full time baddie >:) Its lovely living here, it has felt like a proper home since moving in with everyone xx :):)

We enjoy watching films together and having dinner nights from time to time, not mention craft sessions. There are nearby shops for groceries as well as Potternewton Park and Sugarwell Hill all in a 20 minute radius.
