Large room with king size bed in Farsley village

Room to let in spacious and quiet family home. ( now available from June 1st - if you need a few weeks now, let me know ) In fab village just outside leeds with great links and facilities.
There's myself and my 18 year old son who is hardly in!. And a Canadian guy, Graeme , 34 years who lets the other room full time but moving out end of July, so cheaper room available for longer stays!
Oh and a very old deaf cat who is always looking for a lap and most likely sleeping.
it's a great mix as my son is never in and Graeme works eves , and is a very respectful and tidy person

House has Woodburner/ wifi /, outdoor studio for use, veg plot, / utility area / large garden space. The house has a new downstairs shower room for guest use. ( shared with other room let )

Farsley has lovely shops / restaurants / an art gallery and quirky cafes and facilities like gym and nearby canal for walks and was recently listed in The Times as one of the top ten places to live! We have Amity Brewery and The Old Woollen for music and live entertainment. Also Mill kitchen/saint Judes for fresh baked sourdough and really good coffee. There is Sunnybank Mills for art/gifts and cafe too.
Bus routes to Leeds and Bradford and train station 10 mins walk which serves york / Leeds / Manchester/ hebden bridge .
The house is mainly downstairs open plan and the tenant will have space for their own food, including separate fridge ( in the room ) with your own personal kettle, to add to privacy. There is enough space to hide away or be part of the ( quiet) action .
The room is spacious with a king size bed and silent night geltex mattress ( very comfy) . It has a bamboo rail and desk space with lamps. There's a desk /study area and comfy chair.
And for winter months - it has its own wood burner !!! ( not needed in summer but you would provide your own dry wood )
I've put an electric blanket in and hot water bottle for cosy nights in. You have access to washing machine but will need to provide your own wash powder. A drying rail is provided or a outdoor washing line.

I am preferential to short stays( maybe you're working in the area or awaiting a move)
Or Monday to Friday as per our last guest
If you want a longer stay , I have a second double room next door. Please ask.
Mature students and professionals but will consider anyone. It's more important to have someone like minded ( into food / walks , being healthy , kind etc and defo not untidy - especially in shared spaces ) I also adore this room and you'll see why if you visit, so I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their spaces.

Note : rent is for Monday - Friday let is £590 .
AND for month basis it's £650 ( more on airbnb and no mess asking you for long detailed finances.) however, i do reserve the right to ask you to leave if you can't live respectfully.

Further discussion of interested in longer lets, as I'm only keen on this as last option in this room. Other room on here is longer lets from July 1st
