House share in Harringay - Zone 2 Piccadilly Line

Hey everyone! We're looking for a fun, chilled and sociable professional to join us from the 1st of September. We’d need to find someone between now and mid August so due to holidays we prefer to organise this with enough time. Unfortunately our housemate is moving out of the country, so we need a 4th housemate to take us back to capacity. We will like to hang out together (cooking, watching TV...) but also respect each others privacy. Read the below and give us a shout if you think you might be interested: Pablo, Marian & Yolita.

NO ADMIN FEES-NO AGENCY - PICCADILLY LINE -Large and beautiful room available in a 4 bedroom beautiful home to share with 3 more people. This modernised and bright Victorian house comprises a living-room and a large kitchen diner, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, gardens and a large storage shed.

THE HOUSE.-
Is in exceptional condition, it is a tastefully modernised Victorian house, restored to a high standard. There is a large separate lounge room and a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, large fridge and a big dining table. There are also french doors leading off the kitchen into the sunny back garden that houses a large, secure shed with loads of storage, and comes complete with BBQ and a table and chairs.

THE RENT.- £625 plus bills: £35 council tax, £10 internet (200 Mbps speed), £9.80 water, electricity and gas quarterly.

ABOUT US.-
All professionals aged 25-31. Two males and one female. Looking for polite, clean and friendly guy or girl aged 23-35 approx. No students or DSS please.

ABOUT THE AREA.-
The Harringay Ladder is conveniently located near Finsbury Park, with many restaurants, cafes and pubs. Commuting to Central London or the City is extremely easy. Tube (Manor House on the Piccadilly line, Turnpike Lane and Finsbury Park on the Victoria, about 15 min to central London), trains (Hornsey Statio and Harringay Railway) overground (Harringay Green Lanes) and buses (29 to Trafalgar square and 141 to Old Street & London Bridge and 341 to Islington & Waterloo).

TERMS OF THE CONTRACT:
Upon moving in, you will be required to pay 1/4 of the total deposit for the house, which is £830. A deposit protection scheme will be in place to protect the rights of the tenants and landlord.
