Self-contained space wanted

I'm looking for a quiet, self-contained space in Birmingham (for myself only), to let on an ongoing/long-term basis, either a studio or a small one-bedroom flat.
I would like the space to have access to a private outdoor area (i. e. a roof terrace/patio/balcony). I would also like it to be on the top floor of the property. Ideally, I would like to live within the parish of the Birmingham Oratory which is on Hagley Road, B16.
I work as an Editor. Often, I study at evenings and weekends, so I require a peaceful space that is conducive to study.
I would prefer no live-in landlords and no HMOs.
*Please note that I am not looking to share kitchens, bathrooms or living spaces.*
