Studio wanted

Hello,
I am looking for a small studio/bedsit/self-contained space to let on a long-term basis.
My preferred locations are Edgbaston or Ladywood, as I love those areas and know them well.
I work as an Editor for a charity, and I will also be studying for a part-time postgraduate degree starting this October.
My routine is calm and predictable: I work standard office hours during the day and spend most of my evenings studying or working on my own independent writing projects.
I value a safe, secure, peaceful and clean home.
I am financially stable and ready to move.
