Description
Hello,
I am looking for a modest top-floor studio/bedsit/self-contained space to let on a long-term basis in Edgbaston or Ladywood (B15 / B16). I grew up in those areas, and I love them and know them well.
I work as an Editor for a charity. I'm currently based in south-west London but will be returning to Birmingham permanently.
My routine is calm and predictable: I work standard office hours during the day and spend most of my evenings studying or working on my own independent writing projects.
I value a safe, secure, peaceful and clean home.
I am financially stable and ready to move. The studio is for myself only.
If you have a suitable property, I would like to hear from you.
Thank you,
Esther
