Professional Couple Looking For A 1 or 2 Bed

Hi SpareRoom,

My partner and I are looking for a 1 (or 2) bed self-contained flat to move into around the beginning of April (possibly March), for a minimum of 12 months.

Our budget is up to £1,900 pcm (or up to £2,100 pcm including bills). We’re open to furnished or part-furnished properties.

Good transport links within walking distance and nearby local amenities would be ideal.

My partner works in construction, and I work in learning disability support within the charity sector. We’re clean, tidy, respectful tenants and value clear, reliable communication with landlords.

Outside of work, we enjoy fairly low-key hobbies such as board games, reading, comics, museums, psychology and films, and tend to spend most evenings at home.
