House Share pref female

Hi
Im a single 47year old looking for preferably another female to share a house with. I work the dogs trust.
I adore animals so someone with cats or dogs would not be a problem to me. I would like to live with someone that is a non smoker and who is easy going, and friendly, must be clean and tidy as I am that myself. Also the room must be furnished but I do have my own tv, ironing board and iron. I would like my own bathroom/en-suite if possible but this isn’t a deal breaker as Long as my new housemate is clean and tidy

I really don’t want a party house or anywhere that’s got more than 2 occupants

I want a happy chilled house, where I would be happy to make friends with whoever I live with , but do like to have my own space too after a day at work.

Give me a shout if you think I’m suitable, I am very outgoing and good to live with 😊
