Mature student looking for flatshare in Cardiff

Hello! I’m a choral conductor and singing teacher based in Singapore moving to Cardiff in September to start a Masters programme.

I’m 28 this year, and am looking for a house share with other mature students or professionals, ideally of a similar age (late 20s). I’m looking for a clean and neat space, with reasonable rent (~£600 pcm) near to RWCMD / the city center.

I’m a singer and pianist, so I would appreciate being able to practice at home. However, I also understand if my housemates need times of quiet in the house/ work from home, and am happy to negotiate reasonable times to practice.

I love getting to know new people, so I would also be very happy to join in for movie nights or pub quizzes! I also really enjoy Bouldering and sports so if you know any good spots I’d love recommendations.
