Self Contained Accommodation or Spacious En-Suite

I am a single self-employed professional looking preferably for self-contained accommodation: flat, or annex that is warm, dry, with a decent bathroom and functional kitchen space. Preferably with a fridge and washing machine.

For rooms, it must be en-suite and spacious. I'd rather have space in the room than lots of furniture. I'd also appreciate kitchen cupboard space. I'm vegan and would like space to store a some kitchen items, (blender, wok, juicer) as well as a good fridge space for fresh veg. I'm okay to share with anyone though - doesn't have to be just vegan/vegetarians if I'm able to use a few of my own items.

I am honest, friendly, respectful, and will take good care of anywhere I live. I have excellent references from my current and previous landlady. I'm looking to share with females only.

I love nature, walking, hiking, cycling and enjoy making art and writing. I sometimes perform my poetry. I need somewhere with good train and public transport links and somewhere safe to store my e-bike. I currently don't have a car but will be buying one in the New Year.

I work a mix of freelance work and employed work (as a lecturer). My freelance work is long-term and steady. I'm about to enter the 5th year of a contract with one organisation. For this, I need good wi-fi and room for a desk. (And creative space ideally). I am also starting community art project work which will thankfully allow me to work more away from home.
