single room wanted in Hampstead area, or close enough (30/40 minutes max), with contract or possibility to use the address. Furnished (bed, wardrobe, if possible a desk) and with kitchen tools available. I don't mind whomever is living in the house (male, female, gay, straight, goth, puppy lovers, aliens....) providing they are respectful of the other flatmates, since we are sharing an apartment with strangers. I would like an homey environment (and not just a bed to sleep), where to relax after work, enjoy my evenings, study.

My preferred areas would be Finchley&Frognal, Swiss Cottage, Highgate, Hampstead, Cricklewood.

About me: I'm Italian, but have been living in London since 2010. I work with young children in a nursery school in Hampstead. I really like my job, but after singing and dealing with a lot of emotions all day, I really need to come home to unwind, so I would prefer living with like-minded people. After work, I either go to the gym or have my French lessons, and I'm normally always up to something on the weekend, so I will probably be out or just chilling in my room. I'm afraid I'm not great at cooking, so do not expect me to offering you great Italian homemade food XD.

No agencies, please. In my experience, they tend to fill up the house with anyone. I'd rather speak to landlords or current flatmates.
