Professional female seeks clean double from JULY

Hey! I'm Sam and I'm looking for a double room in or near Wimbledon village (where I work) - to keep travel costs low, possible locations are:

-Wimbledon (including South Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park)
-Raynes Park
-Southfields
-Earlsfield

I'm a very tidy, clean and considerate housemate. Would like to live with *clean*, friendly and easygoing people in a chilled house.

I work as a PA in a school, have been renting and housesharing for many years and looking for a double room, preferably with garden or balcony access or close to green space.

I'm positive, easy going and friendly. I like being social as well as doing my own thing. I like going to gigs, exploring, going for drinks, reading, anything creative, walking in nature and write songs (lullaby-esque ones on my very quiet acoustic guitar!) very occasionally (not late in eve/ early in AM!). I love animals (though don't have any pets myself).

Definitely not looking for a party house but somewhere calm and peaceful

Would be nice to have a home rather than a short term tenancy :)

£900 is my budget for everything - rent and bills inclusive
