I eat pork and non halal meat.
I retired from full time work in retail/customer services on 30 September 2018. Having spent most of my 50 years in the UK in Scotland and graduating with a fairly recent BA (Hons) Accounting UK (Edin) degree it was natural to retire into a beautiful part of the UK
Some of my spare time as a STEM Ambassador (UK) is spent in volunteer activities of personal interest in Aviation Museums and Air Shows.
I am always a quiet person, (sometimes almost a recluse) spending much time in reading and engaging in private research usually in areas akin to aircraft and aviation. I am also gradually "penning" my memoires.
Naturally I prefer housemates including landlords/landladies who respect peace and quiet and norms that are socially acceptable. I always say that if anyone wishes to 'Party' very, very occasionally please fore warn me days ahead and ensure the noise ends between 23:00-24:00 hrs
I do NOT consume alcohol on my own and drink very little on social/special occasions and usually with friends I have known personally for some time.
Naturally I would not tolerate inebriated flatmates whatever the reasons for their inebriation were.
I am orthodox in my Christian Anglican religious faith. Naturally I try to attend an Anglican church regularly. I do not engage with supposed Christian religious faiths that dramatise the partaking of the Christian religion during any services/meetings.
I seek the use of renting an ideally East facing room, small to medium in size, ideally away from a main road, double bed, solid or vinyl flooring rather than carpeted and with a lock on the door thereby ensuring my Personal Contents insurance premium stays low, Ideal number of flatmates including landlord would be 2 (Two). I have a shower each morning and usually am out most of the day. For very personal reasons I do not cook or consume any spicy aromatic food and usually have my main meal at lunch time and a snack (two biscuits) and green tea at night prior to sleeping. Breakfast is usually two slices of bread as has been for many years.
