Hello

I'm looking for self-contained accommodation. This could be an annex, studio, flat, mobile home, house.

I'm looking for somewhere quiet and with my own door and, bathroom. I'd like some outdoor space such as a small garden or patio. Not looking for anything huge, just a spot to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a bit of greenery. I'd also ideally like to be within half an hour walk of the sea so looking along the coast east and west of Bournemouth. Southbourne, Highcliffe, Westbourne, Alum Chine, as far as Lymington to the east and Lyme Regis to the West. I would consider other areas if the accommodation was right for me. Somewhere to park a car. Doesn't need to be private driveway so long as there are street parking spaces and it's a safe area. And I'd really really love to have a bath if possible rather than a shower although I know that most places seem to have showers and it's not a deal breaker. What is essential is somewhere quiet. So not on a main road with lots of traffic whizzing past :) Just somewhere I can relax in peace.

I'm quiet, responsible, considerate, trustworthy, honest. A no hassle, reliable tenant who will treat your property with respect and care and is considerate towards neighbours. I've never missed a rent payment and any deposits I've needed to pay have been returned in full.
