A place to call home

I'm looking for a long term home!

I'd like self-contained accommodation such as an annex, mobile home, studio or even a flat or house, as long as not too expensive. Just wanting my privacy and independence. So my own bathroom and living area.

It doesn't need to be big so long as it contains all I need: Bedroom separate from kitchen. Ok if living room/bedroom combined, just not sleeping in the kitchen. Ideally a bath but I know it's rare to find an annex with a bath rather than shower. So it's not a deal breaker. Full sized fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, wardrobe/cupboard space, small outdoor area where I can sit and eat in the summer and simply relax in the sunshine.

I'm looking mainly around the Wincanton/Bruton area, but also open to places in South Somerset, West Dorset or other. What's important is to be near nature. This doesn't rule out living in a town because if there's a park nearby, some greenery, that's fine. Even just having a garden would be fine. Just not a big town or built up area with lots of traffic going past or lights everywhere. A quiet home.

I'm a mature female who lives a quiet lifestyle. I am considerate, responsible, trustworthy, honest. Always paid the rent and had had any deposit returned in full and my last landlady was delighted with how clean I'd left the annex I was in. I can provide a couple of good references.
