Description
Hello
I'm looking for a place to live from beginning Sept. Whilst I'm ultimately looking to find a long-term home I would also take somewhere on a short term rental, even a month or two, as I'm moving back into the area.
Ideally I'd like somewhere self-contained. Such as an annex, mobile home, studio, flat Doesn't need to be big but would need some outside space and parking.
Short term I'd be needing a fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, bed, settee or chair, small table. I'm open to a house share for the short term but would need my own bathroom and a quiet house. ( I have shared before and the people have loved having me there but I am allergic to air fresheners, glues in new carpets, some washing powders, so this affects where I can safely be.)
Area wise I'm ideally looking within 10 miles Bournemouth but am also open to a bit further afield. Just need some place quiet :)
I'm quiet, considerate, trustworthy, honest, always pay the rent and have always had any deposits returned in full.
If you've read this far and think you might have something suitable for either long term or short term please would you message me. I'll also put a more detailed description of what I'm looking for below.
Thank you.
Long term I absolutely want my own space and privacy so would be looking at a flat, annex, studio, mobile home with own entrance. Looking for somewhere in a quiet area that's lovely and light with bedroom separate from kitchen. Would prefer bath rather than shower. Doesn't need to be big so long as sufficient storage room (even an outside shed). I'd need some outside space such as garden or patio even if only a teeny tiny area. Just somewhere to sit and relax and get a bit of sun and fresh air. Parking, on street is fine as long as there are actually spaces :) Long term I'd be looking to be within 30 minute walk of the sea. So the coast east and west of Bournemouth. So Southbourne, Boscombe, Alum Chine, Westbourne, Highcliffe, maybe Lyme Regis, Lymington areas.
In the short term I can look a bit further afield than areas above and have greater flexibility.
