This is a two part ad as I'm looking for a long term home but also somewhere short-term until I can find the longer term place as I need to have somewhere to move to by the 1st Sept.

SHORT TERM:

Ideally I'd like a self-contained place such as an annex, studio, mobile home or even a flat. Doesn't need to be big so long as it has the basics of cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, bath or shower, parking on drive or road if there is reliably parking available. Ideally around Southbourne but looking at other areas up to 10 miles away. I'm really looking for my own space but may be able to consider living with just one other person (with my own bathroom). Whilst I've shared before and the people have been really happy having me living there I am allergic to things like air fresheners and new carpets so it affects where I'm able to live.

LONG TERM I absolutely want my own space so would be looking at a flat, annex, studio, mobile home. Same basics but I'd also need some outside space, even if only a tiny area. And would prefer to have a bath rather than a shower. And plenty of storage space. Somewhere that's lovely and light. For long term I'd be looking to be within 30 minute walk of the sea. So Southbourne, Boscombe, Alum Chine, Westbourne, Highcliffe, possibly further out.

I'm a mature female who lives a quiet lifestyle. I am considerate, responsible, trustworthy, honest. I have always paid the rent and have had any deposit returned in full. I can provide a couple of good references.
