Looking for a room to rent

I’m looking for a room to rent with my lurcher, Leo.

I work from home and study at GCU one day a week, also from home.

I spend most of my free time at the gym, running or out walking with my dog.

Quiet and respectful, not a party go’er at all!
Also can be of assistance with anyone who has dog/s already as I’m at home most of the time in the day :)

Leo is a 5 year old collie x greyhound who is walked 15km a day, meaning he sleeps all day and is no hassle at all, and also will go to the toilet on command and is house trained.
I would be with him all day anyways, the only time he’s ever on his own is when I’m at the gym pretty much!
