Quiet place wanted

Hello,
I'm looking for an entire place ideally (an annex, small house or a flat), or sharing with just one other person with similar values.
Very important for me that the place is quiet, as I’m very noise sensitive.
Also - safe, clean and have a decent internet connection.

I like nature and outdoors, so ideally it would be a rural location in the countryside or close to it.
I'm responsible, considerate and always keep my place well looked after.

Note: The above budget is for the entire place. For a room it's £700, ideally less. Might consider a more if the room is big and has an en-suite.
I'm looking for a private hassle free rent only, no agencies and no references please. I'm a genuine, professional person, this is just my preference.

Dear landlords, If you don't have an active advert, please can you include some basic details when sending a message (ie - price, location, how many people are sharing etc), as I receive quite a lot of messages such as "I have a room, are you interested?" and not containing any other information, not even the price. This way is absolutely impossible to understand whether the place is suitable, also it's very time consuming having to ask these questions separately every time and exchange multiple messages back and forward, that sometimes take several days. As opposed to looking through an active advert with all the details, that takes a minute.
