Quiet place wanted

Hello,
I'm looking for an entire place ideally (an annex, small house or a flat), or sharing with just one other person with similar values.
Very important for me that the place is quiet, as I’m quite noise sensitive.
Also - safe, clean and have a decent internet connection.

I like nature and outdoors, so ideally it would be a rural location in the countryside or close to it.
I'm responsible, considerate, trustworthy and always keep my place well looked after.

Note: The above budget is for an entire place. For a room it's £700, ideally less. Might consider £750 if the room is big and has an en-suite.

I'm looking for a private hassle free rent only, no agencies please.
