Double room in Brixton/Streatham/Balham

Hi, I'm Caterina, 35, Italian (and British since 2026), I have been living in Brixton since 2019.

Looking for a double room (en-suite welcome) in either a modern house or a flat shared with one or two more people.

I'm fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
I'm currently a self-employed piano tutor but I'm pivoting to Product Design (UX/UI). At the moment I work from home in the morning and teach in the afternoon until late-ish. (Sat only in the morning/early afternoon).

I would describe myself as a fun, sociable person who also enjoys some time on my own.
I love exercising (I cycle a lot to work), dancing, going out with my friends&family, go for walks in the park but I also enjoy some cozy time at home (either relaxing OR tidying up and getting rid of things I no longer use!)

I do like to create a clean, quiet space to come back to, but I may also enjoy from time to time to have one or two friends over for some competitive board game sessions or watching a film together.
