Looking for relaxed houseshare

I'm looking for a long-term relaxed houseshare that is quiet and preferably with another professional female housemate of a similar age around the South Tyneside area to be closer for work and a fresh start. I work full-time as a Workforce and OD Officer in the NHS.

I'm fairly laidback and will keep to myself most of the time but would also be happy to hang out for a coffee with any potential housemate if your more sociable! I'm used to keeping things clean and tidy after living on my own for a while so open to sharing any household chores. I like cooking, concerts, swimming, yoga and films.

I WFH so would need space for a desk or if possible a separate room and would need to give two months notice on my current tenancy. I also have pets, a cat.
