House share in Farnham / Alton w. good housemates

Looking for a sociable share in Farnham, Alton, maybe Aldershot or Basingstoke.

Must be with people who I will enjoy living with, and a communal vibe (not just co-existing). I am in no rush to move houses (currently with my parents) so will wait for the right opportunity.

Looking to move into a place where the other housemates are already good friends, or to buddy up with people in a similar situation.

I am 30 years old, working in Alton. Likes sharing meals, group watching TV / films, doing sports, going to local events, improv comedy, occasional board game, going out for drinks / coffee / walks, keeping things light-hearted.

We would definitely need to meet up once or twice to get to know each other before making any decisions. Feel free to message with any questions or set up a quick call.

Cleanliness is important to me. Housemates should clean up after themselves, wash up after every meal, no mouldy food in the fridge, clean the bathroom every week or two etc.

House requirements:
Furnished room
(I can bring my own desk and chair if needed)
Functional home - no damp, broken bits or big stains please!
Good access to the train station would be great, and I will probably need a parking space as well
