Boring librarian looking for a room in Canterbury

About me:
- I am a bit boring, I don't drink, smoke or party but I don't mind others doing it.
- I work at Canterbury College as a Library Assistant. I work 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday so I should be out of your hair most of the time.
- I like nature. I will be fossil hunting and volunteering with wildlife conservation groups. I may get a bit muddy from time to time. I will do my best to keep this out of your house.
- I also like art (ink, painting and 3D). Ideally I would like reasonably frequent access to a desk or table and a reasonable amount of storage space.
- I also have lots of house plants (orchids and cacti). I can keep them at work if this is a problem (my boss really likes them).
- I like cooking and I love garlic and fish. I don't mind cutting back on these things if you don't like the smell.
- I love animals but I don't have any of my own at the moment. I would be very happy to help look after any pets that you do have. I have experience with looking after cats, dogs, rabbits, invertebrates, chickens and sheep. It is not a problem if you don't keep pets though.
- I cycle to work and I cycle for pleasure. Ideally I would like somewhere safe-ish to chain my bicycle (a fence, garden or garage would be ideal.

I would like to have a proper talk with the other occupants and see the house before I sign up to anything.
