Description
Hiya! I’m Liza, 32, and looking for a new home in Bristol 🏡
I’m a marketing professional currently living in Bedminster, looking to find a new place following a separation from my partner. I’d especially love to find a female or queer-friendly household with a bit of a community feel. I love the idea of living with people who become friends rather than just people I happen to share a kitchen with, so it would be lovely to meet up first and see if we click!
Outside of work, I love trying new things, going to gigs, getting out for Zora walks or runs, singing and playing in my indie/folk band, and getting stuck into a good TV series. I’m always up for a bit of an adventure, a good chat or a cosy evening at home.
A little bit about Zora 🐶
My ex-partner and I are sharing care of our gorgeous Romanian rescue dog, Zora, so I’m hoping to find a home where she’d be welcome to stay part-time (we’re currently thinking one week on, one week off). I know sharing a home with a dog isn’t for everyone, and finding somewhere that works with this arrangement has been a bit tricky, but I’d love to find people who are open to meeting her. She’s a big part of my life, and I’d love for my future housemates to get to know her, join us for walkies and hopefully fall in love with her too!
Location-wise
My office is near Temple Meads, so somewhere within about an hour’s walk would be ideal. I’m open to looking further afield, too. The only thing to bear in mind is that, when Zora’s with me, a long commute would be tricky, so I’d ideally need the option to work from home on those weeks. I’m very happy to have a desk in my bedroom if there’s space for one.
What I’m like to live with
I’d love to contribute to a cosy, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. I care about keeping shared spaces clean and homely, respecting each other’s space and routines, and creating an environment where people can have a laugh, share a meal or a cuppa, and enjoy spending time together without any pressure to socialise all the time.
Ultimately, I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a home, with lovely people to share it with who are stoked to have a bonus part-time dog. If you think I might be a good fit for your house, I’d love to hear from you!
