Professional male with a cat looking for a double

Hello there,

I am a professional male 40 yo looking for a double room or single in Lichfield and Tamworth area or somewhere in between.
I would like to share it with a friendly, clean and tidy, easy-going person.
I am a friendly, work full time, easy-going, respectful and quiet person. Very easy to get along with. I appreciate my own space. I keep myself to myself (a little bit of an introvert personality). I do my own things in my spare time but I'm relatively sociable. I'm clean and tidy. Generally, I don't drink alcohol and I do not take any drugs. I like animals and it will be a big bonus if you have one.

I do have a sphynx elf male cat. He is almost three years old. Very friendly and completely hairless.

I have to mention that I'm doing night shifts.
